You have to follow the instructions that appear on the screen to execute the purchase process. It is a very easy path to follow and complete.

During the purchase process you will have to accept the terms and conditions of UAABI BRAND.

When you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an email with the details of the order.

If we do not have Stock, the system will not allow you to place the order, for certain products you can make a reservation.

UAABI BRAND may not take into account and not process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are no longer available.

f the product you have received is defective, you just have to contact our customer service team by writing to them at info@uaabibrand.com.

You just have to indicate the order number and attach photographs of the Sneakers from various angles and especially of the defective part.

Important: The Sneakers must not have been released.

If you have received a wrong item, no problem, at UAABI BRAND we take responsibility for our errors and we will proceed to send you the correct model and collect the wrong one.

You just have to notify customer service by writing to info@uaabibrand.com indicating the order number.

*Due to the high demand for orders, there may be delays, but we will work to prevent this from happening.

In no case will UAABI BRAND be responsible for the costs incurred by customs or any possible retention therein. Shipments to destinations that require customs processing may require 1 (one) additional day.

The expenses of town councils, capacity or any other tax at destination will be borne by the recipient. In addition, it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. In this way, if the box is open or if due to the appearance of the packaging doubts or suspicions arise about violations of the inviolability of the product, the customer should not receive it, immediately notifying UAABI BRAND via e-mail. info@uaabibrand.com. Exceptional situations may arise that prevent 

these delivery times are met, such as promotional periods, unforeseen events with the courier service, system updates or force majeure circumstances. However, UAABI BRAND undertakes to notify the client in the event that any event described above occurs.

When the time of delivery arrives and if there is an absence at the indicated address, the transport agency will contact you to meet at another time, which is why it is important to fill in the box where we ask for your telephone number. 

If a solution is not reached for reasons beyond the control of UAABI BRAND and the courier company, we will not be responsible.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of any incident.

The prices you see in our shop are with taxes included, when you place the order you will receive an invoice where all the quantities are outlined.

If you buy from outside Spain, the same taxes will be applied to you since the product is manufactured and marketed in Spain and we are required to file the taxes.

You can buy normally although the payment will be made in Euros. Currency exchange fees depend on the bank, please check the conditions with your bank.

You must enter the code in the “Promotional code” box that will appear in your purchase validation process.

If it is a valid code and one that we have active, your discount will immediately be reflected.

RETURNS

1º You must indicate the email used when you made it, indicate your order number and purchase date. You can make your return AQUÍ

2º Once you have selected the model and size and the reason for return, you can indicate a collection address. A return label will be sent to you by email that you must attach to the outside of the box.

3º How to prepare your return? Put the products inside their box and in turn inside the transport box with which we deliver them to you. You must return them in perfect condition. Close the transport box, you can use a seal. If you do not have the transport box, you can return them in any other box as long as it is well closed.

4º Once we have them in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products (between 15-20 days to see it reflected in your account, depending on the bank). You will receive an email when the refund has been made.

You can make a return within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product*.

It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, preserving the label and with all accessories.

Sneakers must be returned in their original packaging and with the box closed.

No size or model changes are made. You must make a return and place a new order through our website.
